Load management
'Load management' refers to the way we reduce electrical load on our network during periods of high or 'peak' electrical demand.
We also manage load during emergencies on our network, for example when someone damages our lines or cables or when there's a capacity shortage on Transpower's grid which affects our ability to deliver electricity.
