Pricing guide

Our pricing guide is designed to help you understand our prices, compare our prices with those of other electricity distributors in New Zealand and enable you to better judge our overall performance. Due to our focus on earthquake recovery work since February 2011, our most recent pricing guide (PDF) was published in 2010.

The price schedules (PDF documents) below outline our current prices and how we set and apply them. These documents use some technical terms which are described in our glossary. We update our prices and documents each year and the main changes we have introduced this year are summarised here.
