Rob Jamieson
CHIEF EXECUTIVE
Rob was appointed Orion's chief executive in August 2011 and is a director of Connetics Limited. He has worked for Orion since 1994 in various capacities, including as General Manager Commercial. Rob has extensive electricity industry experience, including an engineering role in the generation sector, a commercial role for a private company, management experience with a rural North Island power company and managing wholesale electricity purchases for Orion's predecessor, Southpower Limited.

David Freeman-Greene
GM COMMERCIAL
David leads Orion's commercial team, which manages regulatory matters and compliance, industry relationships, pricing, billing, investment analysis and customer relationships. David has a broad legal, commercial and regulatory background with more than 13 years in the telecommunications sector and, prior to that, was in private practice as a lawyer.

Vaughan Hartland
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Vaughan leads Orion’s finance function and is a director of Connetics Limited. He is a chartered accountant with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Vaughan joined Orion in 2017 and has previously held senior finance roles for Invacare Corporation and Dynamic Controls (NZ), BDO Spicers and Top Oil (Ireland).

Brendan Kearney
GM GOVERNANCE & RISK
Brendan leads Orion’s governance and risk framework, and is a director of Connetics Limited. He is a chartered accountant with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and is a fellow of Governance New Zealand. Brendan joined Orion in 1988 and led Orion's finance function until 2017. He previously worked for the Electricity Corporation of New Zealand and international accounting firm Arthur Young.

Craig Kerr
GM INFORMATION SOLUTIONS
Craig manages the information solutions function within Orion, which delivers information solutions infrastructure and provides and enhances information systems to support Orion's business processes. Craig has over 20 years' experience in the information technology sector, mostly within the electricity industry.

Steve Macdonald
GM INFRASTRUCTURE
Steve leads Orion's infrastructure team, which manages the safe construction, maintenance, engineering and operation of Orion's network. He has more than 20 years’ experience in different roles within the business, including our subsidiary company, Connetics. Steve is a current member of the Victorian Powerline Bushfire Safety Committee.

Andy Miller
GM QHSE
Andy leads the Orion quality, health, safety and environment (QHSE) team, which provides QHSE governance, advice, support and expertise to the business, our customers and other stakeholders. Andy has a broad engineering and maintenance background along with over 15 years' quality, health, safety and environmental experience primarily gained in the aviation industry.

Paul Deavoll
GM CUSTOMER & STAKEHOLDER
Paul leads the Customer and Stakeholder team and is responsible for Orion’s external relationships including communications, stakeholder and customer relationships, and sustainability. With almost 20 years’ experience within the telecommunications sector, Paul has a sound appreciation for the difference infrastructure and technology can make for businesses and communities. Paul has a strong engagement with his local community. He is Chairman on the Ronald McDonald House SI Trust Board and a Trustee on the Christchurch Foundation.

Nikki Woosnam
ACTING GM PEOPLE & CAPABILITY
Nikki leads the people and capability team, which provides support and advice to the business on everything people related. Nikki joined Orion in 2010 and is focussed on helping others to reach their full potential.
