Statements of Intent

In February each year Orion’s board submits a draft Statement of Intent (SOI) to its shareholders. The draft SOI sets out the company’s overall objectives and intentions, as well as performance targets for the next three years. After consultation with the company’s shareholders, the final SOI is approved by the board.
