What is the Hosting Capacity Viewer
The Hosting Capacity Viewer shows how much new generation or demand the network may be able to support at each location.
By visualising available capacity limits on the map, users can quickly identify where new connections are most feasible and where upgrades may be required to facilitate a connection.

Darker areas represent higher capacity values, while lighter areas indicate lower values. This helps you quickly spot hotspots and understand where capacity is greatest versus where it tapers off. Where no hexagon appears, there is no existing distribution network infrastructure within approximately 500 metres.
